|
| Comment: | Passed safety inspection (conditionally). | | Repair: | Found two holes in the exhaust pipe. Welded
one shut, and replaced the other piece with a spare exhaust pipe
I had sitting in my garage.
| | Problem: | The following problems have to be fixed:
1) the bushings that connect stanchion arms to the subframe
are worn and separated so the arms rub against the subframe;
2) the ABS light comes on every time the car is in motion;
3) the roof does not latch in the back, leaving a 1" gap: the
fifth bow latch motor does not seem to be working;
4) the side flaps on the tonneau cover are broken off (found in
the trunk): this is likely related to the fifth bow latch motor;
5) the transmission makes a rattling noise in 5th gear.
